Just over a year ago, we embarked on the thrilling journey of acquiring a charming house in Cala Llonga. However, before taking the plunge, we needed to ensure all the paperwork was in order and that we could carry out the renovations we envisioned.

In our quest for an architect to guide us through this initial process, Clàudia was recommended to us. In record time, she verified that everything was in order and that there were no obstacles to expanding the house according to our aspirations.

What began as a simple consultation quickly evolved into an ambitious project involving renovations, expansions, and the construction of a pool. It’s comforting to know that whenever an issue arises or we have a question, Clàudia is there to visit the site, find solutions, and offer all the help she can.

The plot has been transformed with the creation of terraces, adding a unique dimension to the outdoor space. This has allowed the house to establish a closer connection with the garden and the pool, enhancing the stunning sea views that the entire property enjoys.

As the project progresses, our vision is taking shape. For us, this house is more than just a home; it’s a sanctuary crafted with natural, high-quality materials that imbue it with a distinctive character. We can already see that the end result will exceed our expectations, and we look forward to this being just the beginning of a series of successful projects in collaboration with Immoroll Ibiza and Clàudia Pardellans Architect.
