Finally, the opportunity we had been waiting for so long presented itself: we found the plot of our dreams. It was a piece of land located on the boundary between the village and the countryside, a perfect place to retreat from the urban hustle and bustle without completely disconnecting from the village.

With the land in our hands and a project ahead of us, we realized that this project did not fit our needs. That’s when we had the opportunity to build the house of our dreams, tailored to us in every aspect.

At that moment, we were like a blank sheet of paper, with no knowledge of the processes to follow and without a clear idea of how we wanted our house to be.

However, our experience with Clàudia Pardellans was exceptional. From the first meeting, she guided us and helped us define the project. For weeks, we worked closely with her, discussing ideas, answering questions, and watching as the sketches came to life. It was a process of self-exploration both individually and as a family, which helped us find the path to our ideal home in Can Teito.

We wouldn’t hesitate to repeat the experience a thousand times with Clàudia. She is someone who listens carefully and has the ability to capture our needs both on paper and in the project itself. She acts as an advocate, guide, and advisor, being the right hand that accompanies us every day in the project, making it much more bearable and easy. In addition, she brings new ideas, knowledge, and solutions. We always say that whoever follows her, achieves, and she has shown that there is little she cannot achieve.

During the design and construction process, Clàudia was much more present than we expected from an architect. Week after week, she closely supervised the project, ensuring that every detail was resolved and closed, providing optimal solutions for both parties.

Can Teito is the dream that has finally come true. With Teito, we experience light, open spaces, family, friends, authenticity, and love. It is a place where one does not want to leave, with spaces full of light and without obstacles in between. For us, Can Teito is a work of art. It is our creation, meticulously adapted to our needs, and sincerely, we could not be prouder.
